Very Excellent hotel, will stay all the time whenever visits Switzerland

Good quality for the money

I really enjoyed my stay at Glattbrugg Bahnhoff. The best thing that made it so great was the service, the staff, close proximity within the train, bus and tram station. I really enjoyed their food as well. They have a variety of food choices. The linen and rooms are spectacularly clean. I had access to fresh linen and towels whenever I needed them without neccessarily waiting for staff to change it. I will definetly stay there if I have go back to Zurich.

Hotel location is very good as you have both the Train and Bus station just in front of the hotel. The room was spacious and clean. Hotel staff was helpful as we checked in late at night after 11:30 PM but still the reception person open the office and gave us room keys. The pricing is very cost effective and that too the morning breakfast is included, though it was not that great. Overall a nice value for money.

All the basics were well provided for. In a very expensive city, it is an excellent choice and option for travelers. It is very close to airport and a 1 minute walk to train station, with links throughout Zurich, and Switzerland. I would definitely stay there again.

Excellent hotel. Better location than I expected as it's right next to train station with S train (10 minutes) and tram (think it was about 20-25 minutes) to central Zurich and about 8 minutes to the airport. The breakfast was good and facilities were very clean. There were some restaurants nearby and grocery store next door.

Being cheap, I was expecting the worst, but the hotel exceeded my expectations by upgrading me from a single room to what was little short of an apartment! Service was efficient and friendly, and food very good. Restaurant was closed on Sunday but chinese opposite was excellent. Dont be put off by the location, it is adjacent to a direct tram line to and from the airport (c 10 mins) and two railway stations Opfikon and Glattbrugg which are 10 - 12 mins away from the centre of Zurich.

We knew we would share a bathroom but not that we could not get hot water from the tank outside the door, that the lights in the bath did not work, there would be no place to lay your bath things except on the floor, that there would be no telephone in the room, that the bed would be so squeaky that it would wake us up when we turned over, and that the attached restaurant would be excessively expensive. We won't make this mistake again.

The cheapest place you'll find in Zurich. Rooms are fine. well worth the money.

I'm not sure I want to write about how good a place this was for such an incredible price !! Minutes from the airport to the train station which is about 25 meters from the hotel entrance..Only 3 train stops to the main train station in downtown Zurich..Fantastic service, great choice of food, nice bars, even smoking lounges for those so inclined..Best of all was the helpful and friendly staff.. Best kept secret in all of Switzerland !

The hotel is situated, very conveniently, next to the train/tram station, 4 stops from Zurich International Airport. The hotel has a good pub (British style), great pizzas and a friendly ambiance and staff. The rooms are spacious and very clean.We had booked a family room (3pax). I would recommend this hotel if you need a place to stay before your flight.

Bearing in mind the fact that I only paid 33 CHF for a night. I don't have any reason to complain and award the hotel with a good score. Ok the room was a bit boring, but the bed was fine and breakfast was fine as well. Looking for a bargain Zürich? This is your place to stay.

VERY basic rooms, old building. But clean, convenient location in the outskirts. Friendly staff, but inefficient. Poor breakfast.

This hotel is quite adequate for short stays and conveniently located near the airport.

They should change old blanket and keep one telephone for each room.

Freindly personnel, but no "out of hours" services. Adjacent to the airport. this hotel could be much more popular if the management were to concentrate on serving the needs of visitors to the airport.
