Great room; very large; great view. Lifts no problem. Would stay there again. Good restaurants nearby. Easy walk to direct over rail to airport, so cheap and no traffic worries.

Request to check in at 11am and was allocated a 2 single bed room (non smoking). We rejected and they have free upgrade to executive suite but check in after 2pm. Overall, service still good. Will book again in next visit.

The hotel is very central and with the new rapid rail link to the airport, very accessable (walking distance to train station). The selection at breakfast was brilliant and the bedroom massive.

Typical average family/tourist type hotel with GREAT views and close to airport rail link. The lobby airconditioning is poor and always feel warm.

Terrible hotel to be sleeping in. the hotel attracts dodgy customers from the lower rung of society. From the dodgy and low class singaporeans to dirty japanese men seeking prostitutes and not to mention the rude and uncultured indian tourist. of course i am generalising here. Staying here makes you feel you are in a ghetto. All the restaurants in this hotel only serve buffet. tell you a lot about the clientle. A internaitonal mix n match of cheapskates out to stuff themself with inferior food and drink. It feels as though the human species had not evolved culturally. A far cry from the grand hyatt or Shangri La i stayed in before. All thanks to my assistant that i had to endure the pain of checking into a ghetto with a bunch of slippers and shorts flashing cheapskates. Unless you are one of the types described or are poor enough to put up with such garbage, DO NOT STAY HERE. there are better hotels in bangkok.

Thanks to hotel staff for free upgrate to suite for us. We had great stay here. Check in was fast, room clean, buffet lunch was great with nice environmt, we feel safe as we was given ladies floor xclusively for ladies! Definitely will go back again!

Great location in city areas and nearby airport railway station. The room is big and very comfortable(the extra foldable bed also more comfortable than others). The view from hotel room and top of the building is awesome. Just hope it can increase the channel of tv,majority in thai language.

Nice hotel in the center of Bangkok. A city itself in the city. You can use a whole day to experience the hotel. Good value for your money.

The redeeming feature of this hotel is breakfast on the 78th floor as the sun comes up. From this floor you can see all of Bangkok through clean windows. However the view from the room is all but removed by dirty windows. The whole hotel is in need of TLC and needs a big makeover. However, if these things don't worry you and you like to share your experience with coach loads of Eastern Europeans who are bad mannered, rude and smell a lot, then this is just the place for you.

HI all, I would like to give two thumbs up for Baiyoke Sky Hotel. Hotel was great, it's located close to Pratunam Market so, you won't need go far for shopping. it's not far also from Sky train station, If you from Suvarnabhum Airport you just need take Skytrain to Rachprarop Station and it's only 5 minutes walk from Rachprarop station (crazy isn't?). totally I'm so happy to stay at Baiyoke sky, I will stay at Baiyoke sky again if I had chance to go Bangkok.

Overall a very good hotel. The room was large and well furnished. The bathroom was clean and had a seperate bath and a great shower. The service at breakfast left a bit to be desired. Too few staff. I personally found the hotel too big and too crowded, but if one enjoys the bustle of a big hotel then it would be fine.

Located just 100 m from airport train station. Huge hotel with not so much atmosphere. From top floor great view over the city. Very good selection of breakfast items.

a woder haven for shopping paradise and the buffer is excellent to try for either dinner or lunch only exception is that the area around the lift to lobby is a bit congested due to too many visitor i will go back to stay in the next trip to bangkok will definite stay in this hotel. room very spacious ang the house keeping staff very friendly only exception internet should not be charge and offered as free wifi

The service is perfect… They try to do best to make your stay pleasant at this “refresh” needed old hotel.Easy Early check-in and late checkout was nice surprise. Breakfast is perfect too … international choice of dishes, lots of Thai fruits plus unforgettable view from the restaurant on 77th floor.
