The best thing about this hotel is it's staff - nothing is too much trouble. I stayed here in Sept 2011 for three nights with my family and we really enjoyed it. The buffet breakfast changed everyday and catered to all tastes. The location is good being about 200 metres from Patong beach. I would not hesitate to stay here again and would recommend it to all looking for quality accommodation with affordable prices.

At first compliments to the staff: very friendly and willing to help you. Unfortunately, we had to change rooms twice: the first time we were placed near the noisy generator of the airco. The second time they placed us again in a noisy room: along the busy road. The chambers were smaller then the pictures are showing on the internet. They were clean. There is one computer with free internet use and also free WIFI available

Excellent location, only a short walk to the main shopping centre of Kuta. All facilities that you could need. Very friendly and helpful staff who provided us with information on what to do and where to go.
