Great service at reception - very helpful. Room good. View would have been better through clean windows

Only thing missing was heating in the room. View of city and harbour is fantastic. All staff very helpfull. Will stay again.

Great location, quite comfortable, good staff. We knew that car parking was $15 a night but felt that this was over priced when we found that it was not secure parking and the car park was quite open.

Very suitable especially if you are catching the ferry to the South Island the next day.

We have stayed at the Bay Plaza about four times now . It is great value for money centrally placed for either access to the city or strolls along Oriental Parade .

We stayed at the Bay Plaza for the sea and city view. The view from the 11th floor was fanatastic. However I recommend the windows to be washed inside and out regularly for a clearer picture. This would make a huge difference.

Bed was comfortable, loved the fluffy white towels. Only regret is that the water system?? was noisy through the night.
