Room was basic but functional. Service was pretty good. Melanie was very helpful in arranging a day trip for us. The Balinese restaurant (Bay Leaf) was really good. Would highly recommend it. If i were returning to Cairns, i'd certainly consider staying here again. Thanks to all.

We were under the impression that the room we booked had cooking facilities we did not even have a microwave or a toaster or any utensils in the room when we asked the manager that our deal also included breakfast which we did not get he said the hotel club was falsely advertising this deal and to take this up with hotel-club. not only did we have no facilities but the hotel had a barbecue at a change of $15.00 each time you needed to use it. this we found redicules I think we should be comperencated in some way for the inconveince
