Best Western Cristal Hotel Munich Reviews

We stayed for 2 nights and our rooms faced the main street. My parents and I stayed in rooms 102 and 103. I would agree with previous reviews mentioning the fact that the street is busy and noisy during the day and at night. Although my parents'room was ok once their window was closed, mine was still very noisy. I was told at the reception that some windows are old and cannot close properly. They did give me another room facing inwards for the second night at no extra cost which was good of them. Breakfast was great and location very close to the main train station. The neighbourood is not brilliant but safe to walk through and only 15_20 minutes to Marienplatz. All in all I will probably use this hotel again.

Decor is a little dated looking but it's clean, and the staff are friendly. Our room wasn't air-conditioned, which is probably fine most of the time, but we visited during a cruel 34 degree heatwave. Walking distance from the beautiful city centre.
