Upon arrival and check-in, we asked the front desk staff to show us other room options; he showed us a room upgrade which would cost an additional 70 CHF per night; then he showed us the room we booked; we didn't see a large enough difference in the rooms, so we took the room we booked. Upon check-out, they tried to charge us the 70 CHF per night. I said we should not have incurred any additional charges - but they were adamant that we agreed to the upgraded room. I reminded that the upgraded room was 70 CHF, and we took the room we had booked online. After 5 minutes of arguing, manager took over and corrected the situation. His position was he showed us 3 rooms; 2 upgraded and the one we booked. Actually-he only showed 2 rooms, the upgraded and the one we booked. The rest of the service was exceptional. Up until checkout, I would have highly recommended this hotel. Given the experience at Checkout, I would still recommend as they corrected the situation.

Really good to be part of a shopping complex, free tickets for public transport a good incentive. Will stay there again
