Rather worn hotel, but good price/value. Breakfast wasnt hot buffet as indicated on voucher, but the view from the top level breakfast restaurant was nice. Nice bathroom - large and comfortable in our standard room.

No Aircon or internet even though it was stated available. Staff came into room despite "do not disturb" sign. Location is near bus stop, train station, and shopping area. Well, it's 90€ per day @ Cannes, so manage your expectations please.
