Bridal Tea House Hung Hom Winslow Street Hotel Hong Kong

Hotel is near Hung hom Station. Hung Hom is terminal Bus of A21 Mini Bus Airport (only 33 $ HK. if you want to go to CHINA, this hotel is OK. Room very small, but clean.

Clean but very small room. Location is not bad. 5 minutes walk from subway station. will come again.

This hotel is great and highly recommended, even though it is not for everyone. Great because very near to Hung Hom MTR station and it is quite nice and comfortable. Not for everyone because it is REALLY small. Once you open the door there is your bed and next to it is the toilet and the fridge. Really hard to walk inside. However, most places in Hong Kong is like that, so even though it is not for everyone, it is quite good. Some other place I read before going that they dont change the towels and so on, but found it not true. If you want some place to eat (not so expensive) there are few shops across the road. If you dont like to pass by all the funereal service shops, you can always take the left overbridge instead of the right one. Overall, enjoyed staying there and will recommend anyone who is not claustrophobic.

It is really very small but since it is so cheap and the location is quite near to Hung Hom Train / MTR. If you are going Shenzhen and will not stay in hotel for most of the time, you can book this hotel for the price and location. Another issue is it is located near funeral related business/shops. If you don't mind, then is ok.

I reserved three rooms for four nights at the Bridal Tea House Hung Hom at Winslow Street through your website, but I did not end up staying there. When I arrived at the hotel, I was told that there was a mix up with the reservation. The hotel (Bridal Tea House Hung Hom at Winslow Street) was full so my family and I were asked to go to the other Bridal Tea House at Wuhu street. Thank god they had rooms for us! I think this kind of mistake could and should be avoided so as to not cause distress to the guests. As for the Bridal house at Wuhu street, which is another 5-8 mins walk from the Winslow branch, it was located along the main street. Therefore, do expect some noise due to the traffic, even after 10 pm. My rating is of the Wuhu branch. Overall the stay was okay.

Price makes the quality issues of the hotel worth it, rooms very small, tv didn't work. No in room internet ended up going to the local mcdonalds to access wifi. Not far from the hunghom MTR station but took sometime for even the taxi driver to find the hotel, but once you know where to go its no problems. No sure if I would stay at the hotel a second time unless price was a massive issue.

New bottles of drinking water should be provided everyday.

The rooms are very small and the people at the reception are not very helpful unless you speak their language. However the location is only 10 minutes from Hung Hom train station and about 15 minutes to Star Ferry, so it is very convenient. The palce is clean and well air-conditioned.

This would have been the smallest hotel room I have ever been, beside a double bed and a small tiny bathroom, there isn't much room left in the room after opening the room door, I could barely open my hand carry language without putting it on the bed. It is definitely cheap for its location, but I would never ever come back to Bridal tea house nor other branches of this hotel again. I was raised in Hong Kong and I understand how small the room is with HK's apartments, but I was very surprise to see this size of hotel room. The main problem is cleanliness, they do clean up ur room, but they do not change ur bed sheet and towel, I noticed it when I first checked it, but I was not sure that time. When I questioned them, their answer is "We do change bed sheet and towel every 3-4 days" I am not sure others, but I found it completely unacceptable for the above.

Everything was fine, the only issue was regarding cleaning the room. I asked at reception to have the room cleaned at 6pm because got up late (usual for myself on holiday), they refused so then asked for clean towels but they refused this as well. I can understand that possibly too late to clean room but clean towels should be provided 24 hours.
