It's a nice hotel. Easy access with a little bit walk to the bus station. Near to Times Square. Has a nice dessert shop nearby. Recommended!

The small room, very clean and satisfying for spending night. Free internet as complimentary service. The convenient location close to bus and tram stop and 5 min walk to Times Square underground station.

Walking distance from Causeway Bay MTR will prob take you about 6 mins after exiting the Time Square exit. Free internet service in the room is a plus point but it would be great if they can have wifi in the room instead cos not everybody carries a notebook around. Friendly and courteous hotel staff. For those who like to have a strong and firm bed to sleep on, this is the hotel for you. Would definitely want to stay again during the next visit.

Overall a good hotel, good service, clean and convenient. It offers free internet access (cable, no wifi) which is good. The location is close to Times Square but if you plan to take the MTR, it could be a long walk before you get to the MTR itself. Overall, you get what you pay for.

first time my family to go to hongkong and tnx to hotel club for the hotel hey gave us,the hotel is always clean,near to all transportation and shopping centre,our kids really enjoy.the staff are very accomodating.it is worth visiting!!!

Front office check in lady candy lee doesn't seem like to serve Asia guest. body Language show that she not profession enough. I think is a Attitude problem . She need to show more in serving any guest from anywhere around the world . Constantly in CONSISTENTLY . A good location with market and I will visit again even I had a unhappy experience . thks

After reading all the positive reviews, we decided to book this hotel. After staying there 7 nites, I would say we are pretty satisfied. We booked a supreme room where we were arranged for the top floor (10th floor is the highest floor for supreme rooms). Although both sides of our windows were facing the housing right next to the hotel, I understand how difficult it is when we selected a convenient location. The room is quite small but good enough for two persons, and two big luggages. Toilet was leaking a bit, but they didn't manage to fix it, but instead they put a towel to absorb the extra water. Possibly they can't fix it till we check-out. There were a couple of times, we wanted more coffee packets, and extra pillows. They delivered right away. Very efficient, and the staff are very friendly too.

1 of 2 hotels we stayed in HK (the other being Royal View). Small, but tidy and very clean hotel. Nice bathroom, although be aware that the bathroom door is not fully translucent. To overcome this, we used a matress protector to cover the entire door. It is located within a 5 min walk from Times Square shopping mall & within the mall is a metro train station. If you walk down Morrison Rd be sure to try out some yellow dim sum on skewer dipped with soya sauce! It's delicious! About US$1. Probably the best street dimsum in HK! It's open generally from morning til midnight. I would recommend to stay at this hotel if you're on a budget and can find a good deal. It has free cable internet! For those that don't need hotel breakfast, don't mind walking, but still want a nice hotel, this is the one. The surrounding area is a little shabby but you get to see some nice fruit, meat, and bakery shops along your way to Times Square Mall. I would stay here again if I were to stay in Wan Chai.

This is a great small-outside big-inside hotel, meaning everything is small in this boutique hotel but it so cleverly and attractive designed so you don't really feel the smallness. The beds are super cosy, the towels and toiletries are of good quality and the cleanliness likewise. The staff are friendly and helpful nearly always with a smile at hand. If you like to stay on Hong Kong island side this hotel has a perfect location, Enjoy
