Butterfly On Wellington Boutique Hotel Hong Kong

For a first timer to Hong Kong I couldnt have asked for a better location. As I was sharing the room with a girlfriend there was more than enough space for us to spread out. We had a great room on the 26th floor with views to the peak. The staff were great and the rooms were cleaned daily. I certaily will be recommending this hotel to friends and will certainly rebook at the Butterfly for my next visit.

It's really central, walks 5 minutes to MTR, 5 minutes to many superb eateries, SOHO, travellator. Landmark shopping mall... Wet market right outside so bit smelly but once hotel has very pleasant smell n atmosphere. Free internet is a plus. Room size in HK is considered good size.

Great service and fantastic location just a few minutes walk from Central metro, the airport express, shops and restaurants. Room was clean and modern with a great shower and all the usual facilities - kettle, fridge, safe. Was on the 8th floor and couldn't hear any traffic noise. Wellington is a quiet street anyway. If I had to be picky, then I would mention the stained carpet and the glass doors on the bathroom provided limited privacy if I hadn't been on my own. I would live with these minor faults and stay here again if I return to Hong Kong.

I was told that I was upgraded to Deluxe Room, on 12th floor but not quite sure what the difference was. But no complains, everything works and the way they should be. The reception staff were courteous and friendly, check-in process was quick and painless. The room was good, clean. Like the fact that the safe although not a big one, was big enough to keep my 13" MacBook Air with a slight corner maneuvering. In-room wired broadband was great and no hassle. The bathroom glass door is a bit of a shocker, as you can still see your roommate doing their business or taking a shower. But of course, not sure if they are the same in twin-bedded rooms though? Overall, the location is very central. Lots of nice eating places along Wellington Street, and if you want some shoppings, M&S or H&M are along Queen's Road Central, and the Central Escalator is just 2 mins away. Will stay there again if I have to be in Central or Hong Kong Island.

Great location. Very close to LKF and many good eating places. Bed is comfortable and clean. Highly recommended!

Located conveniently in Central near the mid-levels escalator, the hotel is along a small, busy street with no lack of local food outlets, and is just about 10-15 mins away from the business district / shopping malls. It's also within walking distance to Lan Kwai Fung for those who would like to have some drinks in the evening while people-watching. The room and bath are clean and spacious, even with 2 single beds there was still enough moving space for 2 adults. The hotel is generally well-maintained perhaps because it's still relatively new, and the TV programs available were sufficient and broad-based including local movie channels and international news/infotainment channels. Hotel staff were generally friendly and helpful, especially housekeeping staff who makes an effort to greet you each morning when we were leaving our room!

Hotel is well located to the Queens Road Business area. Staff are very helpfull. Would recommend hotel to others.
