Very nice staff but horrible and expensive food in the restaurant. Very handy if you need a hotel for a few hours near CDG airport. Do not book if your intention is to visit Paris.

Our one-night stay was ruined by nearby guests who seemed to be holding some kind of party until after 2am.

This is the best airport hotel I ever stayed in. It is very clean, has a free shuttle to CDG & CDG TGV and the buffet breakfast was included in our room price. I think it compares favorably with IBIS hotels that we have stayed in all over Europe. The room is a little bigger here and it is otherwise very similar to IBIS. THe price is also much better than IBIS. I would stay here again and recommend it to family and friends who need to stay near CDG

Having stayed there twice before this year with no complaints, I was very disappointed to find my booking was not as it should be on arrival. I had reserved a family room for myself and 2 small children (under 10)to find it had been completely been ignored and I had to make do with a double. This was ok but rather squashed - good job my kids aren't a bit older as I would've been on the floor. I also decided to try the free bus from CDG arrivals rather than a reluctant taxi, to be told there isn't one that picks up there for the Campanille Roissy. Next time I shall be canvassing the reluctant taxis. It is a shame as the bus service back to the airport is very good!! Also, the free wi-fi iseems to be no longer available in the rooms.

The reception lady was rude and not friendly at all. Really as hospitality personnel, they shoudl have a smile on the face and willing to help out.
