Great place and location, friendly staff only downfall was all the stairs to room but I think you get that everywhere in Venice Will stay there again

Good service at Reception and friendly staff. The room was small but clean and quiet. Air conditioning very welcome while the temperature was in the mid 30's each day. The breakfast was basic. It would be good to have the fresh fruit and wholemeal rolls. Otherwise a pleasant stay.

Excellent service, staff was eager & very helpful. The unit was refurbished only 12 months ago and has been kept in an excellent condition. Breakfast was another feature & there was plenty of it available to most tastes. Just great - will be back there again

Conisdering Venice is a very expensive city, I would say that this hotel is good value and the service is very courteous. To be recommended.
