Hotel located in the centre of Melbourne. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly - good old fashion customer service. Arrived early expecting to just drop luggage off and explore city - told our room was not ready, which I expected but to early arrival but staff were out of their way to find us a room that was ready. Would recommend. Breakfast was only continental but good - would suggest having muesli on menu - and hot breakfast was available at a very reasonable price.

Great position in city for exploring. The staff wre all helpful and friendly. We found the continental breakfast more than satisfactory and set us up for the day. The room was more than satisfactory but
we found the road noise a little loud with early morning rubbish collections, but overalll this did not spoil our stay.

Convenient location in CBD. Found staff obliging. Up to our expectations. Included Continental breakfast a good start to the day. Cooked extras available at moderate cost. Value for money. Pillows losing their oomph.

I stayed at this hotel with a friend in a twin room. We were very impressed with the location, the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and the provisions were plentiful including bottled water each day. The hotel was in a quiet area with restauraunts, shopping and transport close by. Would definitley stay here again when in melbourne.
