The location of this hotel is quite good because it's close to the beach, no road between hotel and beach. It's quite suitable for family because everyone can enjoy its big water park. The only thing I don't like for the guest room is its bathroom because there is no door. They use curtain instead. This may not a good idea for guests who stay with kids. Other things else are ok for me.

Absolutley amazing hotel,loved it and will definatley return, great waterpark, luxurious rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff who really enjoy their work. Couples spa treatment really worth 6000bht. cocktails in vistas watching the sunset at happy hour. You can buy cheaper meals down the road but the service isn,t as good as the service in the hotel. We would happily stay in the hotel for the whole holiday. The hotel seems to be busier Fridays and Saturdays. Private balcony in room really relaxing even with waterpark below. Watch out for lazy river opening times 10:00-18:00. Wine very expensive but we stars on cocktails in coconuts most of the time at happy hour. Always remember 17% service charge and tax on top of prices for food and recreation etc.
