I was amazed to discover any room at all available in Edinburgh at the long weekend (and during festival time). That it was cheap and central was truly remarkable. This facility is a student residential complex in its real life yet none the worse for that. It provices clean, secure, basic accomodation. As a plus it has a self serve laundry facility.

Needed somewhere close to the festival to stay and this was ideal. En suite room - wider than single bed. Fridge and microwave in the flat itself. Towels supplied. No housekeeping - so the same towels for the whole stay but that was no great hardship. Would stay there again.
