The hotel was so so... The receptionist was very helpful this time, the bathroom was very horrible

The Hotel Staff is very worse and they dont treat the Guest as Guest, they treat them as an animals. I was Tired from the Flight as i Changed 3 Flights from London to India and then Mumbai to Singapore and i was in the Hotel at about 10:00 am and i asked for the early check-in. Although I can check lot of people checking out and when i requested the Receiptonist for early check in, she lied to me that all the rooms were full. I would suggest all the guest please for god sake dont visit this hotel.

this hotel in a great location, the rooms a good size and it has the ticks for facilties... note they are doing up the place and the areas they have not done are showing their age.... this well above the value hotel and the 81, the staff very helpful and make you feel at home... i reccomend it but accept some rooms may have things that need work or repair... tell them if you are not happy they will sort out

The hotel is well located wrt trains food and facilties, its an older style and is being prettied up but definately budget, i suggest this if you can handle a place thats a little rough but well priced,. bargin with them for 10 to 20% discounts to entend stays

Good location, near MRT station. Bed smell in some hotel spots, dirty and dust in the room. Low staff services, not responsible even your room was not cleaned up/made up. I never seen the staff smile here. Overall, disappointing.
