The rooms were good value for money if you book early enough. Staff very helpful and the elevators were very fast and efficient. Could not find much nightlife as the pubs closed at eleven on friday night or else I could not find it.

Great location, good facilities. Room too warm though and air con didn't work.

Excellent location, 5mins stroll to St. Paul's Underground. Room was adequately-sized. Service staff were all smiles and friendly. Will stay there again if in London. Will also recommend to friends.

I was enormously impressed with this hotel, so much so that I will use Club Quarters whenever it is available. I had only one complaint. The system for printing from my computer in my room. It is much more complicated than the instructions suggest, but I finally succeeded in sending a file for printing as directed. But when I went to the lobby to print it, the computers available for guests were not set up to print such files. And when I asked at the desk, the clerk on duty did not have any idea how to help me. I never did get the file printed by your system. I had to copy it on a stick and take the stick down to the lobby and plug it into one of the computers there. This is not a terrible way to get things printed, but I wasted a lot of time trying to make your unworkable system work.
