I'd definately recommend the executive club experience. The service is great, the canapes were fun (lots of booze too lol). the vallet was quick and it's a nice little treat. We enjoyed the hotel too. nice buffet breakfast, day spa was great too. I'd go back.

It was an enjoyable stay at Club Watermark. The only down side was the buffet on Saturday night was way overpriced. There wasn't much of a selection. Service was good. Thanks!

Stayed in a king club watermark room on the 17th floor. excellent views over the ocean. facilities weren't that modern (bathroom etc) and there were hairs stuck on wall tiles in the bathroom which was pretty gross... cleanliness could have been better. Bed was comfy and no complaints for the price of the room... flat screen TV. Good location within walking distance to all the main attractions. 5 mins to cavill ave etc. right accross the road from Q1 and the pancake parlour. Pool was good... all the things you'd expect for a surfers paradise hotel. Funny smell in the lobby area... musty damp smell. Would only stay again if the price was right!!

Very good service. Only down point was the noise from the air conditioning in our room was loud so had trouble sleeping.

A first class hotel with first class treatment. The Waves Restaurant is well worth the visit.

Great room on the 16th Floor with a view of the sea. Good King size bed and comfortable. Shower inside the bath is a nuisance and slippery when stepping out of the bath. get rid of the bath and just have a decent shower. Overall excellent. good friendly service and same for concierge.

The hotel staff were very friendly and the room was spacious and comfortable. The shower over bath wasn't the best though.

This hotel is situated in a great area close to everything one needs. The hotel dinner buffet is overpriced and dishes served need to be improved . There should be a greater selection of indian food available. I ma not indian but I do enjoy indian food. Rooms are excellent with cheap parking .
