Budget hotel, close to the train station. Clean rooms and friendly staff.

Staff members were friendly, and offered us help, guidance and directions at every opportunity. The rooms were clean and spotless. The views are not great, but the city centre location is excellent to explore central Birmingham from. Unfortunately breakfast was not include in the price. They charged £5pp for continental and £7pp for traditional (English) breakfast. Despite the nice breakfast room, the breakfast food/service itself was quite poor compared to what you're paying for it. Definitely not 4-star service here. Parking at nearby Holloway Car Park is £4 for 24 hours. Make sure you ask reception for a token to get the discounted price.
