Rooms are slightly dated, but the rooms are clean, have a/c's, tv's tea coffee and the rest of the hotel is really good. The restaurant & meals are varied for many tastes and very tasty, common areas are very nice and are well set out. Staff are friendly and helpful. great location being close to airport with complimentary bus to and from airport. I definitely recommend this hotel.

I have stayed here a few years ago when i found the hotel facilities were very basic,but this time round,the breakfast choices and the quality of food have very much improved/There is still this smell in the rooms when we first enter,but after the airconditioning has been on,it disappears.It is OK if you want to spend a night in transit at KLIA.We had a good sleep that night before our next flight.

As the staff could see, that my wife had trouble walking upon our arrival, they made sure that we got the room closes to the lobby, out of our three rooms we booked for the family. We can certainly recommend this hotel. Both for short or a longer stay.

Good hotel in good location for transit. Be aware though that the free shuttle bus is not available through the night and you have to pay for a taxi

Sadly, Concorde Inn Kuala Lumpur, did not use the voucher provided by HotelClub, and charged us for the booking. I am not struggling to get the my points back from HotelClub, not so cool.

This is an excellent hotel for those who need to spend a night or two while in transit and do not wish to enter into the town centre. The room is very clean including the compound around the hotel. Bed and pillows were very comfortable and the faulty hairdryer in the toilet was quickly replaced with another unit. Breakfast is served from 05:30 hours onwards but there was already some food made available from around 05:00 hours. There is also complimentary service bus shuttle service to KLIA every thirty minutes.

It is a homely Inn with friendly service, nice pool, and beautiful buffet breakfast. The room is not flash but clean and very comfortable.

We only wanted a room to sleep while waiting to catch our next flight. It met our requirements, inckuding airport shuttle service, quite well.
