Good location. Large room. Staff were cooperative. They have smoking rooms with good ventillation. I would stay there again.

Location wise this hotel was perfect with everything from shops to sites within walking distance well as being opposite the train station. From reading other reviews i asked for a room at the back of the hotel which i was glad i did as it seemed very noisy with traffic at the front.Room was basic but clean which suited our needs fine.Breakfast was good too with a good variety to choose from.Overall great value for money and would stay there again.

Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location right opposite the train station. However, it does mean it's not the quietest of locations! Rooms are clean, taditional decor. Overall a cosy room with clean en quite bathroom. No bad comments!

Very central location easy walking distance for the Christmas Market, The English Theatre, The Museums. Very close to the station and opposite the road for the bus to Frankfurt Hahn airport. Clean, great bathrooms and lovely breakfast. Rooms at the front can hear the traffic and trams which run all the time, so if this would bother you ask for a room at the side or rear. TV in the room, Hairdryer in the bathroom. No tea or coffee facilities in the room but there is in the lounge area which is lovely and comfortable. WiFi available but not free of charge.

Conveniently located adjacent to the Hauptbahnhof (Main Railway Station): the hotel is basic but clean and most the staff speak English:

Good access to the main station (just across a street). The room was small and stuffy with minimum facilities.

The location is great if your jetlagged and need a place to crash as you travel on. If your a light sleeper, however, i would not recommend it as it is right in the center of activity and was fairly loud. The service was excellent and and for the price the room was fine.

perfect place in the centre of Frankfurt a.Main, excellent European breakfest, very clean, a bit noise by trams in the morning, perfect service. Generally, a very good hotel for a short stay.

The hotel was a good price, good location and our rooms were attractive however the heating system was malfunctioning and we couldn't sleep because of the heat, second time we told the receptionist he said "open a window" right on the corner of the railway station and tram tracks the noise was horrendous. Could have been an excellent stay apart from that.

The hotel staff were very unfriendly and not very helpful. I could not get wireless internet for some reason and the man on the desk said bad luck I am not a computer person. However they refunded the five euros. I was not very happy as they advertised wireless internet services. Breakfast was OK.

The hotel is very conveniently located opposite the main rail station Frankfurt and so it is easily accessible. The hotel was clean. But surprisingly there was no A/C in a 3 star Hotel. It was steaming hot in peak summer and the room was burning hot, on querying with reception we were told that the complete hotel was non a/c. We queried for a fan but they did not have sufficient fans for all rooms and so we did not get any. Fortunately someone checked out, and we were able to get a fan. The receptionist was good but not very courteous. Overall for the price we paid we did not quite enjoy it. Location probably was the biggest plus.

Great hotel, great location, rude staff, but all in all, will recommend.
