On arrival at 1am in the night,the hotel staff could not find my booking though I had the hotel club confirmation voucher and was asked to pay again even when I showed the payment receipt from hotel club.It was sorted out next morning when the reservation staff arrived.Excuse was it was internet booking and they had some sort of problem. Rest of stay was OK except for the complimentary shuttle service to Dubai which was usually packed .I think guests were abusing the booking system Breakfast had limited choice of food.Staff were friendly,weather was excellent. Lots of Germans used by German tour company,have to get up early for good sunbed Overall I would give 7/10
