Although the building's outside appearance needs some renovation, it's location is convenient, clean and staff were friendly and helpful.

Probably one of the best price/quality hotel near the St. Pancras international train station. From the hotel it was just a 5 minute walk to the early morning train. Right in front of the hotel runs a bus line which will lead directly to the center of the city and there was a tube station also close by. The service was quite ok and the reception was open 24/7. The price included either continental breakfast or full english breakfast. Rooms were quite cozy, had a TV, tea/coffee making facilities and a wash basin. The toilets and bath/shower are separately down the hall. Do bring your own electric socket converter if you plan to use your laptop or cell phone charger. To conclude, if you expect something fancy then take the Hilton across the road, but if you are on a budget and want to see more of London than your hotel room, then County Hotel did the trick for me.

Great place, especially rooms not facing the main street, and still have Wi-Fi coverage in the room! The location was wonderful, we could walk everywhere! Thanks for a great stay. Too bad the booking didn't come with an English breakfast though.

Old-fashioned and worndown but very lovely for us who are retired, also many students stay there.
