The room was great the service was great, It was just what we wanted , so we could do our own meals if we wanted. Only thing we could not find any salt and pepper shakers in the room ,but that was nothing much . We enjoyed it very much and will be back with in the next year to stay again. We recommend the fraser place apartments to everyone.

Great location in Melbourne, close to all services and facilities. Clean, tidy and newly refurbished room with all necessary options, gas cooktop, dishwasher and microwave. Bathrook area with frosted glass walls was quite an addition. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to anyone going to Melbourne.

My partner and I enjoyed our stay at Fraser Place in Melbourne . Stayed for 7 days and loved every minute of exploring the city . Free circle tram very close by , and not far to walk to two city circle train stations . Staff very friendly , only fault was a curtain which didn't want to work as designed . Quiet location with a view of a couple of streets below . Would stay there again as it was most enjoyable .

Right in the centre of everything, we found it an easy walk to pretty well everything we wanted to see. For night time, they happily booked us a taxi, and with everything so close, each trip was under $10 - well worth it. Transport to the door from the airport, and back again. Had some 'map turning' difficulties every day due to the orientation of the front door on the laneway, but found Melbournians very keen to help us out when we looked lost. Next time we'll ask about a better view from our balcony (lots of tall buildings!) but it wasn't crucial. Very happy guests, thank you.

Clean. Great location. Very helpful staff. Only disappointment was that mobile phone and internet reception very weak and 24 hour hotel internet service quite expensive.

Excellent location for theatres, food, transport and safety. Would stay at Fraser Place again at the rates offered. Walk in shower a great plus!

Fantastic price for the clean modern apartment. It is located so close to the free tourist tram circle. The room is quite small but is enough room for 2 adults. The bed is comfortable. They have many extras that you do not receive in more expensive hotels. Will DEFINITELY stay again. I have no complaints at all.rd4`
