Helpful and cheerful staff - their uniforms need updating - had a pleasant stay but apartments do require refurbishing.

Needs to be upgraded. Rooms are ratty and many things don,t work. Good location but not great value for money.

Wanted to order some wine from room service but were told they don't have wine on the room service menu. Ordered milk for my cup of tea at around 10.00pm due to no milk in room and was told it would be sent to our room but NEVER ARRIVED!

Reception staff is 5 star. Very impressed with accommodation especially the kitchen facilities which was our main criteria. Audio/Visual equipment is old but functioning. Room is clean and warm, very good place for the family.

The dining room was tired and stained. The reception did not book us into the restaurant we asked her to for Saturday night. When we turned up at the restaurant they did not have the booking and we had to find somewhere else in the dark. The clock radio in the main bedroom did not work. There was always dirty or clean linens piled in a plastic bag at our door.
