A reasonable business hotel - clean, well decorated and in good order. Customer service attitude was dissapointing and not what would be expected of a 130 Euro/night hotel. Single rooms are a single narrow bed (with the corners cut off and shortened) and are smaller than I would expect. There is no air conditioning (the hotel either has air cooling in summer of heating in winter) given that the hotel had the heating on and it was a warm late October day in a warm hotel the only way to make the room cooler was to open a window onto the noise outside. Overall needs updating and attitude needs attending to. Italian restaurant attached serves good food and is reasonably priced although the manager seems to have been infected with the poor attitude bug.
