This hotel is rated 4 star but I would rate it 3 star at a stretch. The room may have been refurbished, but badly. This property was conveniently located for our purposes and the price was reasonable but definitely not 4 star.

Clean comfortable accommodation. Try and get a room away from the noisy street, their garden rooms are good choice. Within walking distance to downtown on a fine day.

A great place to visit. I like the extras - access to free internet, for example. Rooms are very comfortable. The location is a slight problem - on a busy street, so can be noisy. But a good place to take a family - swimming pool, pleasant restaurant, free bikes.

We were warmly welcomed. Our room was clean and had everything we wanted. The food at the hotel was generous and we thoroughly enyoyed it. The hotel was a bit out of town but not a disappointing factor.

It was difficult walking and carrying luggage up 4 flights of stairs but the hotel room was lovely and the receptionist was very nice.
