I've stayed at this hotel before, and have reviewed it already, but something happened with this booking that I feel merits particular mention. I had to make a change to my booking only a few days prior and though they were under no obligation to do so, the hotel charged only a minimal fee for the alteration and otherwise refunded me in full for the nights I had to cancel. I was very impressed by this customer service.

I've stayed in many hotels in Sydney but I've never stayed in a better one. Almost everything was first class, the only possible improvement I could suggest is to include sport as a foxtel option.If I was asked to rate the Diamant I would give them 9.5 and will recommend them to others.

Very disappointing, certainly not the 4 to 5 star experience the hype suggests. Small rooms. No on-site gym or restaurant. Room sevice is take away delivered in plastic take-out containers & cups. Expected more.
