Very small hotel on the 4th floor of a normal suburban building. Good location, close to Termini and with many bus connections, easy to get to all sights. As it is in a non-tourist area, good restaurants and lower cost shops are around. The negative on this hotel is that the bed covers were extreemly dirty, water kept running on leaking taps and the rooms to the front can be very noisy at night from a nearby bar/ club. The hotel has little facility to leave luggage. Overall we would stay there again, knowing what to expect. The staff overall is very friendly and helpful.
