Brand new hotel with good facilities. Like the spacious rooms and the general clean design. the restaurant at 11/F is rather good and serves a good range of local south east asian food. Tried the spa, did a facial and a massage and it was good!! Price-wise it's actually more or less the same as many other major chains, but if you're a hotel guest, you'll get a discount card when you arrive and that will make it cheaper comparatively to other chains. All in all, I'd say I'll go back to stay at doubletree if i'm going to stay in KL again

This hotel offers excellent value for money; comfortable ,spacious rooms, most comfortable bed and a small sofa in each room. Airconditioning is responsive to adjustments. Bathroom facilities are very good in a glass walled bathroom ( screened by a blind that can be lowered). Staff responsiveness to customer requests is outstanding. I stayed at this hotel twice and will definitely return. Location: Ampang Park rail station only 5 minute walk away.

This new hotel is very satisfied me. The receptionist staffs are very kind and give us a complementary breakfast. Great gym and clean swimming pool. I like the ELECTRIC bathroom curtain. Very clean room, great maintenance. The housekeeping are The location is very near to the Ampang Park LRT, which is good. Well, the price is quite expensive for the (next months, counted from today, December 24) , but I think the price is matched with the service given and spacious room. But overall, this hotel is very good and I will strongly recommend people to stay here.

Very good location. Option of Indian b'fast was very welcome. Some minor issues : I feel privacy of the toilet is necessary. Many of us are Asian in mindset. The parking needs to sorted out . Although stated as RM 5/= per entry on Sat,Sun and Public holidays ; if you park overnight on any of these days and take out the car after 7am!! it becomes RM 10/=

The hotel is under trial operation and it is located in a high end shopping mall where most of the shops are not opened yet. The staffs are courteous as Hilton standard, room is modern and my room facing an open field with good view. Breakfast is good with wide varieties. Negative side is the car park is not complimentary, smelly toilet from the sewage and stained bathrobe in the toilet.

Wonderful stay, loved everything. The club lounge was fantastic - food lovely, views far reaching from the 34th floor, and service impeccable. Our suite was very nice, every amenity you could think of. Didn't want to leave.
