This resort has very good location, amazing service and excellent food. I has been our fourth time there and we are planning to visit next year.

The hotel was excellent! My boyfriend and I stayed three nights during the off-season and have nothing but positive reviews. My only regret is that we didn't have enough time to enjoy all of the amenities offered by the hotel. Their spa is one of the best I've been to. The only criticism that I have is that they were undergoing construction at the time of our visit, but even that was handled with great tact and accomodation. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Should I return to Puerto Vallarta, I would not hesitate to stay at Dreams again.
