Good Hotel with free Internet and Breakfast. Location good, walking distance to Jordan MTR and Airport Bus A21 Bus Stop nearby. Would stay here again if I visit Hong Kong next year. Highly recommended.

great location for shopping in MongKok area.Easy access to subway.

The hotel is quite small also their rooms. But it is clean and the staffs are okay. The location is very good which is very near to a number dining places and the night market. It is also near the bus terminal to and from the airport. MTR Jordan station is also near the vicinity. If we'll be coming back to HK, we'll definitely stay again in this hotel.

Not next to subway station but close by many good restaurants and markets. The breakfast buffet is simple but still good value for money.

Hong Kong is a place where you do a lot of walking so be prepared and wear comfortable shoes. This hotel is one block away from the Night market (Temple Street) where you can bargain, which is also a plus. MTR is a little bit far from the hotel but walking is a good exercise. There's plenty of choices for breakfast which caters to international clientele. I can highly recommend this hotel to travelers.

Despite the Hotel having AC thats akin to that on Airlines (I stayed during the winter months when the sun wasn't so terrifying), everything was good....if you discount the location. The free Internet is a bonus and they have a Travel Agency and Business Centre if you need it. With a little more imagination, you can enjoy their breakfast if you have elected to pay for it, alas the musical background should be changed for silence. The Room itself is good with all amenities, sadly if the neighbours could stop smoking and the flavour drifting into your area would be appreciated. You can connect to the internet in your room if you have your laptop as a connector is supplied. Temple Market is nearby, Kowloon Park is a welcome oasis from the hustle and bustle of Nathan Road. Recommend you purchase an Octopus Card. I wish you a good stay in Hong Kong at the Evergreen.

I was very impressed with the Evergreen. Despite showing a few signs of age, the hotel is kept clean, the staff were efficient and friendly and the location is excellent. Internet and breakfast were included. Highly recommended.

Overall the hotel is good but we were forced to move to another room due to breakdown of the aircon.In addition, the hotel was doing minor repair which caused the room very smelly of the paint work.

This hotel is located in the heart of kwaloon, near the lady's market and 5 min. from Jordan MTR station. Internet, washing/drying machines are free and the breakfest is included. A very good breakfest. The sole comment is about the small room, but for the price we paid it is worthwhile.

Old, with a bad air con service, mold and cockroaches. The worse I ever stayed in Hong Kong. Will never stay there again even for a discounted rate

My partner & I enjoy your stay in evergreen hotel Hong Kong. There are several eatery around the hotel that open very late at night. The reception desk is very friendly and helpful to us. The free internet is a bonus and we will return to evergreen hotel again without hesitation.

I enjoyed my stay and everything was fine. I will go again.
