Nearly-new-looking and correspondingly clean. Adequate stock of tea ingredients. Very convenient location - if you have a reason to visit central Greenock. Efficient staff. Parking right outside. Pity about the shower-only "bath"room.

Stayed for one night, pre-cruise. The hotel is clean and quite modern. The room had good space and the beds were comfortable. The service generally was good, but we had an evening meal and the hotel seemed completely understaffed in the kitchen and restaurant. Some guests waited over an hour for their starter (a salad!) Surely the hotel must have known it would be busy on the evening before a cruise ship sails from this location? There were many unhappy guests transferring to the ship that morning. This said, I would stay here again if ever in the area.
