the hotel was good. but we are not satisfied with the services of hotel club. we booked two rooms for check in date 26 may to 28 may but it was shocking to note that only one room was confirmed and we faced lot of harrasment in geting the second room confirmed. we wasted our four hours is strugling with the hotel and hotel club over phone in geting the rooms confirmed. Hotel club informed the reason that the payments had not gone thru to the hotel from thier card where as our card was charged at the time of booking it self. we are not satisfied with hotel club services and hotel club spoiled our day, we will never book again with such poor portal.

The First World Hotel World Club Room is nice. The check in counter for the world club room guest is fast and convinience. The Front Office people is working with a good attitude and friendly. The hotel is clean and the facilities bathroom is enough. The check out kiosk of the First World Hotel is really really fast and save time!! Last but not least, me n my friend had enjoy the room. Thank you ^^

The hotel is very good,and is easy to go every where like casino,theme park,food court,skyway cable car and many other place also.Here i like to recommend to all the friends brother and sisters,if you have a trip to Genting Highland, please choose Firts World Hotel Genting Highland.You will definitely enjoy the trip with choose this hotel and book with HotelClub.I like to book with HotelClub because of the very good service helpful and friendly too.Thank you HotelClub.

everything about the hotel was really good except for the somewhat slow receptionist who failed to provide the basic information regarding room location, floor, time & place for breakfast, check out procedure etc. self check out system was really great.

We had previously stayed at one of First World Hotel's standard rooms and the check-in was more than an hour wait and the standard room was very basic with views of someone else's windows. For this visit, we had reserved 2 World Club rooms and 2 Superior Rooms through HotelClub. We had the privilege of express check-in at the World Club front desk and the whole process took us a mere 10-minute. The two World Club rooms at Tower 2 were very spacious, clean & had beautiful mountain views. We could have a quiet & relaxing breakfast at the World Club level cafe overlooking the picturesque highlands. The superior rooms at Tower 1 have the same mountain view but the breakfast at the common cafe at level 8 was a horrific experience - inadequate food, slow refill of food and beverages, shortages of cutlery and plates. With a room cost difference of about S$35, the World Club room is still a much better choice than the Superior ones.

We booked the Super Deluxe room for 27th to 29th Dec 2010. 2 Adults & 1 Child below 3yrs. As it was school holiday in Mysia, the hotel was almost fully booked. We expected a long wait for the check in but suprisingly, after getting a queue #, we waited only less than 10 mins to get to the reception for check-in. The check-in staff was very friendly. We requested for a non-smoking room facing un-blocked scenery, she was very patient and managed to get us one, though the queen size bed was not available. Room is very clean. Checking out was a breeze, we just had to drop our card keys at the check out kiosk and off we went to board our bus. Overall, hotel stay was very good.

Went last week with my family (7 people - last minute decision). Luckily booked the superior deluxe (include family area) and the room is big enough for the whole family! The room is quite nice/clean (the newer tower II) and the basic necessities is there. The day we were there the weather was perfect and we stay at the outdoor theme from 9 am to 9 pm! Overall good place to go for a short holiday to escape the tropical heat. The only drawback is everything there is expensive (compare to the normal prices in town).

It a good place for relaxing and for children holiday.

First World Hotel Genting Highlands fully met our expectation of a 3-star hotel. We shall be even happier if toothbrush could also be provided.

few things that i would like to share as listed below: (i) no need to queue for check in. they told me to proceed to counter 1 - 3 which only enjoyed by VIP member. this is above my expectation. i do not expect that i would enjoyed this privilege when i sign up the reservation. (ii) good location. with the walking distance, my children and i enjoyed wonderfull moment. no need to waste time to arrange transport. we can straight to the room when we tired. (iii) the greatest thing is my family enjoyed breakfast at 28th floor instead of 8th floor. this facility is provided for those who stayed in the world club room. the foods taste good, clean environment and wonderful window views. imagine that 2 adults and 2 children below 5 year old(active) getting food at the place crowded by people, it will be nightmare. (iv) check out is even simple with the check out machine provided at the lobby.

Great Hotel ! Had lots of fun!

Stay at World Club Room, the room is big and clean, nice view, excellent value. Bfast is separate from the rest, only cater for World Club. Very good. Will stay there again, but only in World Club class. No internet in the hotel, only at Starbuck, the hotel put up the notice that they have broadband for rent but when we check, never..have any unit available...so strange.!!

Location very good, just right above theme park and shopping. No queue for check-in (for world club room), but check-in staff was a little slow. Halfway during the check-in, he attended to another customer who 'jumped in'. World club room big and clean. During peak hours faster to just take the stairs to the carpark which is a few levels down. Made three calls before Maintenance came to fix the lights in the room. Check-in counter staff did not know/did not provide more information about the hotel (e.g. carpark). However, information counter was very courteous and helpful

Found it Amazing! Had a very very comfortable stay.
