This hotel is like my home away from home. It's bright and welcoming and the location is perfect. The staff are excellent and very friendly. A must for anyone wanting to stay in Geelong. I stayed there for a week after a sudden death in a family member and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were all looked after. I can't recommend the hotel enough.

If this wasn't the pick of Geelong accommodation I doubt we would return but we travel to Geelong often & there's not much to choose from at this level. We've had awful experiences with staff on previous visits but this last trip was different - the staff were new & they were great. Such a relief! The rooms are ordinary but the location is perfect & the restaurant is divine.

Location is excellent. Walk to the Wool Museum or stroll along the foreshore. The pool was a great way to get the heart pumping for the day. I left some clothing in the cupboard in our room. A couple of phone calss saw it being sent to me in Melbourne. Thanks very much.

The location is good we were atteneding a wedding at the Pier very good location staff seemed pleasant the bathroom had mould all around the top of the bath the titles were not suitable and hence the mould the bed was very comfy Cathie

Very sub standard, the hotel is very dated.

Have stayed a few times and am generally happy with hotel, however on last trip the room was not properly cleaned or vaccuumed during my stay and the in-room provided disposable amenities were not replaced by housekeeping. Valet service (not cheap!) also did not have my car around at the pre-booked time on two consective days even though pre-booking time was made 12 hours ahead, causing me to be late to for arranged appointments, which was disappointing.
