As I write this review I am staying in a 5 star hotel in a room which costs approximately twice the price of the Fraser but which is only half the size. The internet access was free in the Fraser but costs almost one USD per MINUTE!!. As they say, you don't know what you have got till it's gone and I wish I was still in the Fraser. Good location, great rooms, good facilities - to be honest it doesn't get that much better in KL. They are building/renovating at the moment so it is a bit noisy during the day but most people won't be in the hotel much during those times. I have no hesitation in recoomending this place.

Fraser Place is very close to the Twin Towers. It is actually even within walking distance to Bukit Bintang. I walked from the Pavilion Mall back to the hotel, it only took me about 15, 20 minutes max. It's even better than taking the monorail because the distance from the hotel to the monorail station is already at least half of the walking distance. All hotel staff are courteous & helpful. Very clean hotel & I think the buffet breakfast is not that bad. Complimentary in-room internet access & if you don't have a laptop, there are 4 Apple computers on the reception floor for 24-hr usage. Only things I can complain about are the elevators are quite slow; the swimming pool is small. If you want to sunbath, don't go in the morning because the sun is blocked. Go later on in the day. Very good overall experience.
