Can't get better value for money. Staff were very friendly, facilities are old but well-maintained and clean. Will definitely stay at the Istana Rama again.

Good location able to walk to most good restaurants as traffic very bad around Kuta at the moment due to road works. Staff very polite and helpful. Overall good value for money

Only stayed 1 night but it was not my first stay here. It is an ideal location for those who are first time visitors to Bali and Kuta. Right on the beach but far enough back that you cant hear the traffic. A great pool area next to the hotels resto accross the road from the beach where you can watch the sunset. Food is good quality and reasonable price. Room facilities are basic but comfortable. I would recommend and stay again.
