As a frequent traveller to Penang, this is where I will stay when I do not have any bookings made at the last minute and have a serious budget constraint.

I was truly disappointed when I checked in at the hotel. The condition of the rooms were very poor. The furniture was tattered. Nothing like what the room looked like in the pictures on the website. Location wise, was very good. Shops and food were available close by. I would personally never stay at this hotel again. The prices I paid for the rooms were not cheap but it felt like I checked in to a very rundown, cheap motel.

The service is very bad while calling room service. Room very old, bed is hard. We will not choose this hotel anymore even the location is convenience.

Overall is worse than expected. A couple facilities are mulfultioning. Air-conditioning is not cold or perhaps leaking. Experienced incomplete bedroom cleaning. Bedsheet is extremely worn out.

The hotel has no parking space with soiled baths and toilet bowls. The airconditioning system was awful and my bed had sharp metal points sticking out around the bottom. I would not want to stay here again.

* Not satisfy with the bathroom's cleaniless -Bathroom area always wet with watering, when you step in the bathroom, you would feel uncomfortable. * for room's cleanliness, I found quite good. * no complaint for the customer service. * the indoor car park entrance area was getting wet with water, which make a lot of trouble to the guests.
