I stayed at this hotel 2nd time, the service was very good, I love this hotel. The room has full facilities I need, the air-conditinal worked correct. Location is very convenient

Absolutely lovely and very helpful staff, nicest hotel experience so far! We only booked one night at the hotel, after request they arranged a very nice boat trip to Halong Bay, while we were gone they arranged train tickets to Sapa and return, gave us a room to take a shower after our trip to Halong Bay, later accompanied us to the train station by taxi and when we came back very early from Sapa, they welcomed us again with a room to take our shower and rest. We can only recommend this hotel for your stay in Hanoi!

Well appointed rooms, a lap top with free internet connection in the room, and great service by the hotel manager Ms.Ha who arranged a wonderful trip for us to Halong Bay; allowing us to leave our bags at the hotel until our return, and arranging our over-night train trip from Hanoi to Danang. Ms. Ha also provided a hotel staff to escort us to the train station and helped us with our bags to our proper train cabin at no extra cost. The staff went out of their way to provide good service.thank you GREEN STREET HOTEL.

Super staff and helpfull, they assisted me a lot of information about the Halong Bay Tour, Sapa tour, they arranged the excellent Halong Bay tour with the good price I enjoyed my trip so much the room was clean, good size with TV, Minibar, private en-suite... and great location, it is very easy to access many attractions nearby.
