We all enjoyed our stay at the Grosvenor Court Apartments very close to the City, shops and eating places, very good locatiion and easy to get around. The staff where very helpfull and polite I would stay there again . We where up graded to 2 bed appartment at no cost . Its not a modern appartment was but we found it very clean and had every thing we need for our stay. Very quite place also I would recomend this place to my friends and family.

The bathroom fan was unacceptably noisy and we would have expected a dishwasher in the apartment. Otherwise the location is terrific.

The outside of the complex was been updated and parking in the grounds was a problem with all the work vehicles and skip taking up the parking, especially when it rained. Great location. Walking distance to the Salamanca Market. Supermarket almost next door and loads of good restaurants to choose from. Apartment was reasonably well equipped and quite adequate for the price.

situated in a lovely part of old Hobart; walking distance to Wrest Point and Salamanca. Shops close by. Staff exceedingly helpful. Would definitely stay here again, and recommend to others.
