Staff very courteous, efficient,helpfull starting from free shuttle pickup to checking in. They are very organized and well trained, believed they benefited from the good leadership of the Assistant General Manager, Mr Venson Su. Hotel location is only about 5 to 10min walk to Jiaosi Station, about 15min to railway station, surrounding many roadside stalls selling traditional Yilan delicacies, also many hot spring and spa around town.
