Lovely location on the lake with wonderful views to be had of Mt Fuji if the weather is fine. Very handy to the pirate ship departure point, good service but food is very expensive at the hotel and not many options outside at which to eat.

Fantastic hotel situated in fantastic location. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast buffet was superb, especially as Mt Fuji was usually visible in the early morning. Beautiful walks nearby to shrines and around lake.
