Modern Hotel with good facilities and excellent breakfast. Unfortunately some inconvenience due to temporary construction.

A very well located Hotel. Walking distance to all amenities. Excellent facilities available. Very helpful and friendly staff. Well priced as it includes buffer breakfast.

Everything was very convenient with a 2 years old, nice staff very helpful, good cuisine and well located but... the floor, bathroom (taps, bath tube...) were not cleaned at all.. There is room for improvement!

A good convenient hotel and excellent for any activity with no interference. Many restaurants around. Value for money. Will definitely stay again

hotel common areas very good - but room was tired - carpets were stained and the wall paper was peeling off the walls next to the bathroom. staff were very helpful.

Althought the hotel itself is okay it lacks atmosphere which probably also has to do with its location (outside the city centre).

Free wireless would have been nice but overall no complaints. Room was clean, the pool was a godsend in the heat. Food was delicious, I would stay there again.

Loved the pool area after such long hot Hanoi days. The restaurant and reception were very nice with live music and rooms very comfortable.

Quite good apart from lighting in the rooms. There is nothing more annoying than finding that the lighting is not good enough to read! Poor lighting means that the rooms are quite gloomy in the evening
