We enjoyed our 2 nights stay at the hotel very much and will definitely stay there again. We had a nice room with a perfect sea view and a spectacular view from the Le 188 Restaurant & Lounge at the 41st Floor.

Excellent hotel - staff could not have been more helpful - booking a club class room was well worth it as you had all the facilities of a first/business class airport lounge within the hotel. Will defiinately re-use and recommend it to my friends.

overal very good, the employees are friendly and efficient. Maybe too much focused on standards and policies as they only offered the C/O until 3pm as per Club member status. Just said "No" and no alternative was offered, such as you can still use the Fitness center etc.. on my C/O day I was call at 245pm asking why i have not checked out yet. That is not pleasant for me> The SPA doesnt offer any beverage after massage neither any shower or resting area - however emplyees have been professional and the treatment was very well done. This is a very good class of accomodation in a good location if you are happy to use Underground you can get most places fast. Situated close to the Fortress Hill stop you can quickly get to all areas on HK. Causeway Bay shopping is a good walk. Hotel rooms modern, clean and bed was comfortable. Food (only experienced by me via room service) was good standard. Staff helpful in arranging hotel to airport transfer and in general polite and professional.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. I must say it's one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in HK. It's truly a 5-star hotel. The location is good and the room is fantastic. We asked for a baby cot for our 2-yr-old daughter and she loves the cot so much that she misses the cot when we return home.I will surely reccommend this hotel to my friends who want to visit HK.
