Found this hotel to be a perfect base in London. Room was clean and had nearly all you would require - pillows were not great though. Would use again due to it's proximity to Victoria station.

The only complaint I had with my stay here were a couple of staff who came over fairly brusque & not always eager to help. I have to add this was not all staff. I had one staff member ph my room asking how I would pay for my room service breakfast & wanted a card lodged which I had already done at checkin. I understand this was a reception error but it was his manner not the mistake I objected to. Situation of hotel great though as right near Victoria Station & the theatre.

The hotel was very comfortable and modern. The Reception staff were not overly friendly but they were efficient. The hotel location was fantastic - it is very central to transport and is within walking distance to many attractions. The Hop On Hop Off bus stop is located around the corner as well as the railway and coach station. Breakfast was expensive and the restaurant was very noisy and much like a cafeteria but the food was good with a huge selection to choose from. I would certainly stay here again.

Very soulless place, rather like a posh Premier Inn but not quite so friendly.

This hotel is situated opposite the Victoria station (no noise impacts) which made exploring this fascinating city all the more easier. If weather permits (it is London of course!!) walking to Buckingham Palace roughly takes only 15mins. The rooms were of a decent size & included all amentities - fridge, safe & tea making facilities. I would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay in Hesperia London Victoria. The location was terrific being a stones throw from Victoria Station giving easy access to Gatwick Express and London Underground. The hotel was spotless, the rooms were very comfortable and the staff very helpful. It was also great value for money. I have recommended it to all my friends and will be back.

There appear more spanish personell in this London based hotel, this can give rise to the "Manuell" from Fawlty Towers at times, otherwise a decently functioning central London hotel

Whilst the rooms were comfortable but I wasn't impressed with the service provided by reception staff. I had a query related to my booking that I felt was handled inadequately and I felt like I was being brushed aside. The hotel's location is excellent being so close to Victoria Station. We stayed four nights and whilst I would not stay here again I would certainly look for accomodation in the area of Victoria.

Two room changes within three nights. The first room: water dripping from the ceiling; the second; the water in the bath tub didn't drain; and the third: water leaking underneath the mini-bar. However, the staff were quick to come and fix the problems, except for the first room that was just too bad to be fixed (immediate room change). Complementary newspaper 'The Independent'. The sauna was closed but the gym was ok. Right across from Victoria station so the location could not be better. Shops, theatres, and supermarkets around. The staff are friendly and kept our luggage overnight for free when we went to stay one night in Edinburgh before coming back to the hotel. Did not have breakfast there but the bar and the restaurant look good. Despite all the problems in the rooms, I will probably stay there again, but I wonder if it is really a 4 star hotel. We liked the suite room that they gave us without extra charges when we came back from Edinburgh (wasn't that spacious though).

Easy to find, right by London Victoria. Smart, clean reception. Smooth check in, friendly receptionist. We were able to check in early which was great! Had the room not been ready, the hotel would have stored our bags for us, which I think was good. Room was large for a London Hotel, lovely superking bed, v comfortable. Nice tv, safety deposit box. Only slight negative - there was a shower curtain in the bathroom which I don't personally like. Plenty of lifts & an ice machine in the corridor. We didn't use any of the other facilities in the hotel so I am unable to comment on them. The Hesperia was well placed for getting around on the bus/train/tube. We felt it was good value for the price that we paid which was below what was shown in reception! I think reception advertised it around £240+per room per night! We would not have paid that for the room we had & had we done so I would have felt hard done by! We will use the Hesperia if we choose to stay again in London.

We booked a twin room and it was ready as we arrived early. This hotel was excellent, it was centraly located and we got it at a very good price on special offer. I would definately stay here again.
