perfect for our needs - close to terminal for very early flight efficient staff

Make sure you know how to get there from the airport, its quite a walk, get direccions before you go. Great Breakfast

Nice hotel, exellent breakfast, clean rooms

Wonderful location, especially if wishing to break your journey for a night or two.

It took over 45 minutes to check-in, even though there was 2 people in front of us. The front desk personel was not friendly at all nor efficient. The room was not clean, with the sink in the bathroom clogged up. We saw a few dead insects on the floor. As we arrived in the evening, we went to the restaurant for dinner. We arrived for a table but was told to wait as there was a waiting list (only that the people waiting in front of us had gone back to their rooms and were called down once their table was ready - this is the first time I see this sort of practice). The food was good although. The next morning breakfast was good. Checking out was a nightmare, with no porter with-in sight even though I called several times the concierge. Finally I carried all the bags down myself. At check out I received no bill, just a "ok, all is fine". I would not recommend this hotel (poor service, unfriendly and unclean)and does not merit the star ratings nor value for money.

Excellent location for anybody on transit or overnight at Rome airport. We were lucky enough to get a 1/2 price deal otherwise it would have been an expensive stay. Ideal for our situation where we flew into Rome at 3.30pm and then fly to Sicily next morning at 9.00am.
