Technical mix up with room booking online. Hotel were unhelpful in resolving matter and charged £30 upgrade fee as well as top rate extra night stay billing. Shower in room was broken. Room was excessively warm. Location was excellent.

we had booked in the January sale and thought room might be a bit 'tired' but we were pleasantly surprised. The staff were excellent and nothing was any trouble for them. Room was lovely, clean and comfortable - lovely view to the front of the hotel. There was a fire alarm at 5.30 am and the staff were excellent. It was a real luxury break and i will be trying for this offer in the next January sale.
