This was the best experience I have had in a long time! It was like it used to be (20 years ago). From the minute you drive upto the hotel the friendliness and professionalism just stands out, they can not do enough for you. We only stayed one night but they made me feel like they didn't want you to go. OUTSTANDING!

A lovely hotel,which is what you expect from the hilton,great location the only complaint is $46 to park the car but everything else first class

We have stayed at the HILTON HOTEL BRISBANE on numerous occasions and have always found the service to be superb. It was our 37th wedding anniversary, and we really appreciated the bottle of champagne sent to our room by the journey ambassador. We are hoping to go to Venice for our 40th Wedding Anniversary in 2013 and are hoping there is a Hilton Hotel located there.

Fabulous location for the shopper- step outside the door and you are RIGHT in the centre of Queens Mall. Great when your feet get tired. Wonderful service. Recommend you take executive room and enjoy the drinks and nibbles - we didnt need dinner! and awesome breakfast - all included in price. Will do this again!

Hotel in good location, great facilities, had dinner in the restaurant which was fantastic and great waiting staff. Reception staff could be more helpful.
