Small room and bathroom, but high quality luxurious furnishings & fittings, to be expected of Hilton. Extremely convenient, located to Shopping and a short walk to Darling harbour.

ABsolutely stunning corner room overlooking the city centre. All the Hilton Staff were great and exceeded our expectations. We will be back there for sure.

Friendly & helpful check in experience, gent was happy to obilge by checking for a room allocation based on prefs. Guest Plus room - modern not flash; 2 twins pushed into a queen size bed that was comfortable with great pillows; tiny bathroom! Room service not quick but good selection & good food. Great central location for CBD work & shops

Some aspects of the Hilton are excellent - its location and customer service...however the rooms are quite small and quite spartan for the price and not having a bath was a definite drawback.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hilton in Sydney. The position makes it so convenient for everything, but the service was wonderful. We had a coffee in the coffe shop in the lobby and it was just like being in Europe, the ambience was great and so was the coffee.

We loved our stay at the Hilton, the hotel exceeded our expectations and we would thoroughly recommend this to others. Very convenient location, taxi's on hand at the door, delicious food, fast and efficient service, polite staff, a well equipped gym, and the room was fabulous with lots of room and awesome black out blinds when required. We will be back!

Although I arrived at 9am way before the 3pm check, the staff worked with me to get me into my room as soon as it became available, which was about 12:30pm. As to whats nice, well it is centrally located, thus a short walk to Darling Harbour and a modest walk to Sydney Harbour. One brief incidental was my removal of a few drinks from the mini bar to make room for some of my own purchases.Despite being visibly placed on the top of the minibar, when reviewing my bill prior to checking out, I became aware the items had been added to my bill. However, once the attendant was informed that the items were not going to be consumed she removed the charges. Other than that, enjoyed my time at this site.

The location for this Hotel is superb one of the best locations in Sydney CBD. The food available around the hotel and bars are also great. The bathroom is a little small when sharing with a partner. Overall great Hotel when getting a deal via Hotel Club not worth full price though.

Exceptional quality - simply outstanding hotel. Had a ball and it was just class, class and class all the way. You have got to stay here when next in Sydney. Good on you Hilton Hotel group.

Multimillion dollar refurbishment shows at this centrally located 5 star Hotel. We received an automatic upgradeat reception which allows guests in from 3.00pm with checkout at 11.00am. Friendly competent concierge organised restaurant bookings and hardcopy addresses,qantas check in and printouts and taxis were always available.Multiple bars/restaurants allow good choice.Couldn't fault it really for the price.

Service is usually top class at the Hilton but the check in was a disaster with plenty of staff but quite average skills. Also, wish there was a place at night in the hotel for a quiet scotch on returning from theatre or dinner. None of the hotels in Sydney seem to offer this.

Our overall experience at the Hilton Sydney was great. The room was modern, clean and had everything you need and just a bit more. There was even a TV in the shower! The staff were incredibly polite and helpful. Overall a great stay and would highly recommend it.
